Fold the larger piece of Doe Suede over with the right sides together.
Trace around the outer edge of the body pattern
Sew directly on the line all the way around leaving the space open at the tab on the bottom side.
Trim close to the edge and around the tab.
Use the opening at the bottom to turn right side out
Stuff semi-firm pushing stuffing into both ends first
When completely stuffed, turn the open tabs under tucking them into the body and stitch closed with matching thread.

With th 4.5" piece of wire, wrap it around something stiff like a knitting needle or a piece of doweling. Use the pliers to bend the two ends over so
that you don't have a sharp edge. Bend the curled piece in half and flatten the center just a little so that it will sit at the back of his head. You will be
stitching the antenna on to the back of his head but first let's do the eyes and mouth, otherwise your thread will get all tangled up in the wires.

Use the matching upholstery thread. Thread a needle and make a small knot at one end. Push through at one side of the head and out the other
side. Add one black bead and push back in and out where the knot is. Add the second bead and push back in but this time push down to one side
below the eye. Pull the thread across the outside and push in at the other side under the second eye. Push out at the top of his head towards the
back. Pull gently so that the mouth pulls into a smile. Knot to hold the pull of the mouth.

Hold the antenna in place at the back of the head and stitch around the center of the wire over and over until the wire is securely attached to the
head. Push the needle out the bottom and cut the thread.
(This will all be using the same piece of thread, this way you don't have knots all over the place!)

With the long piece of Doe Suede, double it over with the right side out so that you have a 1/2" x 20" strip. Sew down the open edge of the piece so
that you have one long cylinder. Insert one of the leg wires into the center and cut the fabric just a little longer than the wire. Use the same upholstery
thread and a needle with a knot at one end. Push through one end closing the opening and wrap tightly all the way down to the opposite end. Run
through the end knotting and clipping the thread.

Do this same step for all three legs.

Bend each leg in the center and shape them all like an 'M'. You can adjust the bends after sewing them on. The longest one (7") will be positioned
at the narrow part of his body closest to the end. The 6" piece will go about a half inch in front and the 5" piece will be sewn in one inch in front of
that one. Sew each one by wrapping around the leg and pushing through the body each time. When all three legs are securely attached bend each
one so that they all touch the ground evenly.
